The Audi RS6 and RS7 have an indirect charge air cooling circuit in which the charge air is cooled by a water-cooled intercooler. In this vehicle, the intercooler is located specifically in the hot V of the engine; in order to ensure permanent optimal cooling, an upgrade of the OEM intercooler is necessary.

Our unique WAGNERTUNING performance intercooler was specially developed for the demanding requirements of the RS models. The high-quality cooling network offers an additional 118% more external network volume compared to the standard intercooler. The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and at the same time enables optimal internal air flow. The end boxes made of high-quality aluminum die-casting were developed using CFD simulations to ensure optimal air flow conditions. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This kit is therefore also ideal for racing.
