Shipping conditions and returns
Shipping options:
Standard shipping, bulky goods, and freight forwarding: We offer various shipping methods depending on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. Shipping costs are calculated based on the average weights stored, including packaging.
Shipping service provider: Depending on the size and weight, shipping is carried out by Post AG (post.at) or DPD (dpd.com), as well as by a freight forwarding company.
Note on international orders:
Please note that trade agreements vary between countries. Duties, taxes and any brokerage fees upon import are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Return Authorization: R-Trade GmbH does not accept unauthorized returns. Please contact us before returning an item to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of your package.
Return costs: Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer bears the costs of return. An invoice with the date of sale must be enclosed with the package.
Conditions for refund or credit:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in their original condition.
Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of the product.
No credit will be given for damaged, installed or deformed items.
Special orders can only be returned in case of manufacturer defects.
Damaged items:
Responsibility of the freight forwarder: R-Trade GmbH and its suppliers pack goods properly. The freight forwarder is responsible for any transport damage.
Procedure in case of damage:
Make note of any damage on the carrier’s receipt.
If you notice any damage after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately.
Claims for damages must be handled through the freight forwarder.
Guarantee:
All R-Trade GmbH products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality unless otherwise stated. A manufacturer's warranty is passed on to the original purchaser.
No warranty applies to parts purchased second-hand or through unauthorized channels, or those used in competition.
Electrical parts are excluded from the warranty.
Defective items must be returned according to our return policy and at the buyer's expense. Warranties are void if improperly installed or misused.
Product usage:
Some products may not have DOT or TUV approvals for public road use and are intended for show, off-road or racing applications.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that vehicles comply with applicable laws. All risks arising from the use of high-performance products are borne by the buyer, who releases R-Trade GmbH from any liability.
