Shipping conditions and returns
Shipping options:
Standard shipping, bulky goods, and freight forwarding: We offer various shipping options based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. Shipping costs are calculated based on the average weights stored, including packaging.
Shipping service provider: Depending on the size and weight, shipping is carried out by Post AG (post.at) or DPD (dpd.com), as well as by a freight forwarder.
Note on international orders:
Please note that trade agreements vary between countries. Customs duties, taxes, and any brokerage fees upon import are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Return Authorization: R-Trade GmbH does not accept unauthorized returns. Please contact us before returning an item to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of your package.
Return shipping costs: Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. An invoice with the purchase date must be enclosed with the package.
Conditions for refund or credit:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in their original condition.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the product.
No credit will be given for damaged, installed, or deformed items.
Special orders can only be returned in case of manufacturer defects.
Damaged items:
Freight forwarder's responsibility: R-Trade GmbH and its suppliers package goods properly. The freight forwarder is responsible for any transport damage.
Damage claims procedure:
Note any damage on the carrier's receipt.
Notify the carrier immediately if you notice any damage after opening the package.
Claims for damages must be handled through the freight forwarder.
Guarantee:
Unless otherwise stated, all R-Trade GmbH products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. A manufacturer's warranty is passed on to the original purchaser.
No warranty is given for parts purchased second-hand or through unauthorized channels, or for those used in competitions.
Electrical parts are excluded from the warranty.
Defective items must be returned according to our return policy and at the buyer's expense. Warranties are void if improperly installed or misused.
Product usage:
Some products may not have DOT or TÜV approval for public road use and are intended for show, off-road or racing applications.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that vehicles comply with applicable laws. All risks associated with the use of high-performance products are borne by the buyer, who indemnifies R-Trade GmbH from any liability.
