Competition INTERCOOLER KIT for GR Yaris 1.6-L Turbo

The WAGNERTUNING high performance intercooler has a new competition net (Tube Fin) with the dimensions

630 mm x 137 mm x 135 mm + 630 mm x 43 mm x 100 mm (stepped core: 14.36 liters), which was specifically developed for the requirements of the Toyota GR Yaris. This high-performance core offers a 24% larger airflow area and 69% more core volume compared to the original intercooler.

The cast aluminum end caps were designed in CAD and optimized with the aid of CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Additionally, the newly developed Competition high-performance air intake system, with its custom-made air baffle, ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the radiator. This makes this kit perfect for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring a long-lasting and optimal cooling effect. Installation is carried out using the original mounting points and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to continuous quality control.

The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø60mm. Therefore, this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses, as well as an aluminum boost and charge pipe.
