The new EVO3.X intercooler variant was developed in collaboration with a renowned Audi tuner and is suitable for higher performance increases starting at 600 hp. The size of the intercooler remains unchanged from the standard version. Only the internal intercooler structure has been further optimized for the higher performance classes and adapted to the specific conditions. Thus, the EVO3.X ensures optimal charge air flow with excellent cooling performance. For all performance classes below 600 hp, we still recommend using the standard version.

The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (515mm x 367mm x 95mm [stepped] = 16.5L), providing an 84% larger inlet area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler. It is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in a CFD system. Integrated air baffles in the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. This kit is therefore ideal for racing. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and crossmember form a stable unit and, thanks to the new Competition high-performance core, weigh just 14.3 kg. Installation takes place using the original mounting points and is easy to perform (a 1:1 replacement). Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
