WAGNER TUNING Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 2 BMW 1 Series F Series

The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (520x215x145/stepped 13,840cm³ / OEM 510x130x110mm, 7,293cm³) and thus offers a 68% larger inlet area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 8.6kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in a CFD system. The EVO 2 intercooler kit was developed specifically for the high demands of the BMW 135i and 335i. Overall, this intercooler has far less backpressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. This complete, ready-to-install kit simply replaces the stock intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All our products are subject to continuous quality control. Suitable for racing.
