WAGNER TUNING Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 1 BMW 4 Series F Series

The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (520x210x130/stepped 11,750cm³ / OEM 510x130x110mm, 7,293cm³) and thus offers a 64% larger inlet area and 60% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. This reduces the total weight of the intercooler to just 6.6kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in a CFD system. The EVO1 intercooler kit is suitable for the early performance stages of BMW engines. This intercooler creates less backpressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace the stock intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are subject to continuous quality control. Now with TÜV parts approval for many vehicles!
