COMPETITION INTERCOOLER KIT VAG 2.0TSI (EA888 Gen.4)

The Competition intercooler has the following core dimensions (620mm x 440mm x 65mm) and thus has 17.7 liters of external charge air volume (OEM 9 liters). The newly developed Competition high-performance core (Tube Fine) ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the radiator, and is also very lightweight. The intercooler therefore has a total weight of just 9.2 kg. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations for the best possible internal airflow. An air duct integrated into the end box ensures homogeneous filling of the Competition high-performance core. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø 70 mm, which is why this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses.

Overall, this intercooler has far less backpressure than the standard intercooler. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance.

Installation is simple and straightforward, simply replacing the OEM intercooler. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
