Competition intercooler kit for BMW X5 and X6 models from the E-series or F-series

The high-performance intercooler has the dimensions 535mm x 332mm x 150mm (stepped 19.2L) and thus offers a 113.5% larger inflow area and 120% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance network is a high-quality tube fin network with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 12.5kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system. This intercooler causes far less back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace with standard intercooler - plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
