Competition intercooler kit for BMW X5 and X6 models from the E-series or F-series

The high-performance intercooler has core dimensions of 535mm x 332mm x 150mm (stepped 19.2L), providing a 113.5% larger inlet area and 120% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 12.5kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CFD flow analysis. This intercooler creates far less backpressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace the stock intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested and pressure-resistant up to 6 bar. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
