The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (570mm x 236mm x 150mm / stepped = 16,160cm³), offering a 70% larger inlet area and 112% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 10.5kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CFD flow analysis. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. In addition, all of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace the original intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested and pressure-resistant up to 6 bar. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
