Intercooler Upgrade Kit for Ford Fiesta ST180 ST200 1.6l EcoBoost

The high-performance intercooler has the following network dimensions: 670mm x 270mm x 70mm / stepped = 9.6 liters. This results in a 100% larger airflow area and 113% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The new competition high-performance network still provides the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient air flow. The intercooler weighs 6.8 kg. This unique intercooler kit impresses with free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum, developed in CAD, for the best possible internal air flow and a pressure resistance of up to 6 bar (tested). Easy installation and top quality that will convince you. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. All of this guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. You will receive a completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace it with the standard intercooler. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing. The connection diameter is 65mm on both sides.
