The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (640mm x 200mm x 110mm = 14,080cm³), offering a 25% larger inlet area and 110% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core has excellent cooling and backpressure properties. The intercooler weighs 10.5kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in a CFD system for the best possible internal airflow. This guarantees even filling of the intercooler. The original click connections have been eliminated, and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been increased to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and a cast aluminum pressure pipe. Complete, ready-to-install kit from the turbo to the throttle body (as shown). The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. This makes this kit suitable for racing. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation takes place using the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 replacement). All our products are subject to constant quality control. Suitable for racing.
