COMPETITION INTERCOOLER KIT for Ford Fiesta ST MK8 / Puma ST

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new Competition fin design (Tube Fin) measuring 620 mm x 390 mm x 56 mm. This corresponds to an external fin volume of 13.5 liters. Thus, the WagnerTuning Competition intercooler for the Ford Fiesta ST / Puma ST offers a 150% larger frontal airflow area and 86% more external fin volume compared to the original intercooler.

The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized with the aid of CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). An air duct integrated into the cooler inlet ensures even filling of the intercooler core. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. In addition, the newly developed Competition high-performance core provides sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the radiator, and is also very lightweight. This makes this kit perfect for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring a long-lasting and optimal cooling effect. Installation is carried out using the original mounting points and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
