WAGNER TUNING Comp. Intercooler Kit EVO3 BMW F30/31/32/34/35/36 335i N55

The high-performance intercooler has core dimensions of 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (stepped 23.56L), providing a 165% larger inlet area and 223% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.8kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed specifically for the demanding requirements of the major tuning stages on the BMW M135i and M235i. The original click connections have been eliminated, and the connection diameters have been increased to Ø65mm at the inlet and Ø76mm at the outlet. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and a 76mm diameter aluminum intercooler pipe. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. This complete, ready-to-install kit, including a modified crossmember, simply replaces the stock parts – due to the extreme size, minor adjustments to the radiator support are necessary. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
