The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (660 x 180 x 110 = 13,070 cm³), offering a 14% larger inlet area and 57% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 8.3 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CFD flow analysis. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. In addition, all of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace the original intercooler – plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
