The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for Audi S4 B5 and A6 C4 2.7 Biturbo.

The high-performance intercoolers have the following mesh dimensions (220x215x90) and thus offer a 38% larger airflow area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh offers the highest cooling properties using the latest tube fin technology. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in the CAD system. The intercooler kit was developed specifically for the Audi S4. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

This kit also includes air ducts made of visually appealing carbon. Installation takes place at the original fastening points and is very easy to carry out. The connection diameter for the inlet and outlet is Ø53mm.
