VW Touran 5T electrical tailgate / luggage compartment flap retrofitting package

Significantly upgrade your VW Touran 5T with the original electric tailgate.

Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the original electric trunk lid / luggage compartment lid.

You can have the trunk lid open and close automatically without any effort.

The maximum opening height can also be freely adjusted.

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here, with the help of the innovative KECODI APP that is already pre-configured for you, completely automatically unlocks the electronically opening tailgate.

No further activations or even a visit to your VW partner's workshop are necessary; the KECODI completes the complete activation of the electric tailgate in just a few seconds.

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)) or installed PR number NI9 (NI9 = With UNECE CS&SU) or installed PR number NI1 (NI1 = With UNECE CS&SU).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles from the 2023 model year with an installed PR number of NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) can only be upgraded to a limited extent. Please contact us in advance with the chassis number so we can verify this. Vehicles from previous model years (e.g., 2022, 2021, 2020, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

We provide you with the right complete package - all models can be retrofitted - all currently installed control units as well as the existing remote keys of your VW Touran are capable of this.

Opening / closing is done via:

Opening: With your existing vehicle key by long pressing the tailgate button or using the factory-installed outer button in the tailgate.

Closing: With the new button on the tailgate which is installed in the tailgate with this retrofit package.
