VW Touareg 7P Reverse camera retrofit package until 2015

When you engage reverse gear, the live image from the rear view camera appears automatically.

The displayed dynamic guide lines and help fields change depending on the steering angle.

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here completes the automatic activation of the rear view camera using the innovative KECODI that is already pre-configured for you.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original VW Touareg 7P rear view camera is possible on all VW Touareg 7P models up to the production date 02.11.2015 with installed RNS850 navigation system (= PR number: 7Q2 = navigation system with color screen)

NOT suitable for other multimedia systems without navigation function such as the RCD510 (= PR number: 7Q0).

For later VW Touareg 7P models from the construction date 03.11.2015 you need the rear view camera retrofit package from 2016

The retrofitting of the rear view camera is possible with all currently installed parking aid systems, such as without parking aid (PR number: 7X0) or the front + rear parking aid with optical display (PR number: 7X2).
