This emblem is professionally refinished / painted glossy black.
Product attributes:
Suitable for all VW Tiguan AD1 facelift models (= from production date 20.07.2020) with "Tiguan" lettering installed in the middle (= below the VW logo).
Even pre-facelift models (= up to production date 19.07.2020) with the "Tiguan" logo currently installed on the left side of the tailgate can install the facelift logo supplied here in the center below the VW logo, thus converting to the "facelift look".

All emblems are elaborately processed using several special processes.
The chrome surface is roughened to maintain its paint resistance and smoothed to a paintable finish. The surface is then primed and painted several times in a high-quality "glossy brilliant black" finish, and finally sealed with a clear coat.
We only supply you with goods of the highest quality.
Assembly:
Heat the "old" chrome-plated VW Tiguan logo (if present) e.g. with a hairdryer (so that the glue becomes "soft").
Peel off each letter one at a time.
Clean the areas of adhesive residue.
Remove the protective film / carrier film (original) from the supplied lettering.
Glue the supplied letters of the lettering on one after the other - DONE!
