After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI APP, which is already pre-configured for you, to completely automatically activate the VW T6.1 LED taillights - NO further coding work with a tester is necessary.

The retrofitting of the original VW T6.1 "Facelift" LED rear lights / tail lights required in addition to this connection package is possible on all VW T6 models of all years of construction up to and including model year 2019, all variants (Multivan, Transporter, Bus, Caravelle, Business, California, long wheelbase, etc.) as well as all equipment variants with an upward opening tailgate and with currently installed halogen (= PR number 8SA) or LED tail lights (= PR number 8SK).

NOT suitable for VW T6 models with wing doors (= with tailgate opening to the left and right) or VW T6 flatbed trucks.

NOT suitable for VW T6.1 models from model year 2020 with currently installed halogen taillights

All other necessary original parts (= the two original taillights) are NOT included in the scope of delivery and are required additionally.
