VW T6 ASR button traction control retrofit package

Significantly upgrade your VW T6 with the original ASR button to switch off the traction control.

Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the ASR system for your VW T6 bus.

This means you can switch the ASR (= electronic traction control) of your VW T6 off and on again at the touch of a button while driving.

This means you can drive more easily and more safely on snowy or slippery slopes as the "traction control" no longer blocks the wheels.

The wheels spin just like you "step on the gas".

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the supplied KECODI coding interface uses the innovative KECODI APP, which is already pre-configured for you, to completely automatically activate the ASR button.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original ASR button is possible on all VW T6 bus models of all years of manufacture, all variants (Multivan, Transporter, Bus, Caravelle, Business, California, etc.) and all equipment variants.

The cable set leads from the new button, which is installed in the center console, to the ESP/ABS control unit. This is accessible from above and is installed on the left in the engine compartment in the direction of travel.

Functional description:

Press the new button for about 2 seconds to switch off the traction control.

The symbol for the deactivated system then appears in the speedometer. The button itself does not light up, as installed at the factory.

Press the button again to switch the system back on; the message in the speedometer then disappears.
