Product attributes:

Retrofitting LED ambient lighting is possible on all VW T6 models of all years of manufacture and all variants (Multivan, Transporter, Bus, Caravelle, Business, California, etc.) with lighting already installed in the interior reading light (= IF this is already illuminated WHEN you switch on the light using the light switch to the left of the steering wheel).

No special cable routing is necessary - the cable set including the original accessory LED unit remains in the interior reading light.

INSTALLATION:

Connect the two cables of the ambient lighting (+12V and 0V) to the existing cables in the interior reading light.

Drill 2 holes for the LEDs into the existing ceiling reading light and insert it.

This ambient lighting, which is particularly attractive at night, illuminates the area around the gearshift lever with a subtle red light when the lights of your VW are switched on.
