VW T-Roc A11 rear view camera retrofit package

Significantly enhance your VW T-Roc with the original rear view camera in the VW emblem.

Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the original rear view camera in your VW T-Roc.

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the coding dongle supplied here completes the automatic activation of the rear view camera with the help of the innovative APP that is already pre-configured for you.

Scope of delivery:

- 1x original VW T-Roc rear view camera (swivel / integrated in VW emblem)

- 1x pre-assembled cable set

- 1x KECODI interface

- 1x KECODI interface storage case

- 1x installation instructions (German)

Installation time: approx. 3 hours

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)) or installed PR number NI9 (NI9 = With UNECE CS&SU) or installed PR number NI1 (NI1 = With UNECE CS&SU).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles from model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) can only be upgraded to a limited extent. Please contact us in advance with the chassis number so that we can check this. Vehicles from previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, 2020, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original rear view camera is possible on all VW T-Roc models of all body styles (including T-Roc Cabriolet) of all years of manufacture and all equipment variants with one of the following installed multimedia systems:

Navigation High (PR number: 7UG or 7UP / 7UH)

Navigation Standard (PR number: 7UF)

Composition Media (PR number: I8F in combination with PR number: 9WT or 9S8 or QV3 or QH1)

NOT suitable for other multimedia systems.

Suitable for all installed parking aid systems (no parking aid PR no.: 7X0, rear parking aid PR no.: 7X1, front + rear parking aid PR no.: 7X2, parking steering assistant PR no.: 7X5).

For retrofitting, no installation of additional monitors etc. is necessary; the completely original system with display is retrofitted in the already installed multimedia system.

An automatic switchover takes place when reverse gear is engaged, including the original and factory-installed static auxiliary line display.
