Upgrade your VW T-Roc A1 with the original cruise control system / GRA.

Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the original GRA / cruise control / speed control system in your VW T-Roc A1.

Scope of delivery:

• - 1x original VW T-Roc A1 multifunction buttons (depending on model)
• - 1x original VW T-Roc A1 steering wheel / steering wheel cover (depending on selection and model)
• - 1x SVM activation document for activation
• - 1x pre-assembled cable set
• - 1x installation instructions (German)

Installation time: approx. 2 - 3 hours

The retrofitting of the original cruise control system is possible on all VW T-Roc A1 models (also VW T-Roc Cabrio) of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift).

Please select the currently installed steering wheel during the ordering process:

Plastic steering wheel (without multifunction buttons) = PR number: 1MM

Leather steering wheel with blind caps = PR number: 2PH

Multifunction steering wheel = PR number: 2ZW, 2ZH, 1XX

Multifunction steering wheel from 01.2022 = PR number: 2FD, 2FB

Sports multifunction steering wheel (R/R-line) = PR number: 2FJ, 2FU, 2FS, 2FW, 2PU, 2PK

Suitable for all transmission variants (manual transmission / automatic transmission) as well as suitable for all installed speedometer variants (including digital speedometer, etc.).

The GRA / cruise control function can finally be operated via the multifunction buttons on your steering wheel, as installed at the factory.

VW T-Roc models without currently installed multifunction buttons will be upgraded to multifunction buttons as part of this conversion.

This retrofit package is prepared for you depending on the chassis number entered - the final activation is carried out by your local VW partner using the SVM activation key provided.

Information for T-Roc models without a currently installed multifunction steering wheel:

In VW T-Roc models without a currently installed multifunction steering wheel, the diagnostic interface/gateway must be replaced with a Highline control unit in some cases. You can also order this control unit at any time under item number: 23879.

Check whether the current diagnostic interface is suitable:

Connect the vehicle to a diagnostic system (e.g. VCDS) - open control unit address 19 - the following appears in the information field:

Gateway LOW = low = not suitable

Gateway MED = medium = not suitable

Gateway HIGH = high = suitable (the currently installed control unit does NOT need to be replaced)

Identifying features of a capable HIGH gateway are: built-in navigation system, built-in radar sensor (front-assist) in the front bumper, lane change assistant, front camera in the windshield, high beam assistant
