VW Passat B8 parking aid at the front + back with ops retrofit package

Significantly upgrade your VW Passat B8 with the original Park Pilot front + rear with optical display.

When you engage reverse gear or press the new button, the front and rear parking aid systems are activated and the optical display of the parking aid (OPS) appears.

Here we supply the complete package for retrofitting the PDC system on the front and rear of your VW Passat B8.

The factory-ordered parking aid was available for the front and rear or no parking aid at all (= without PDC sensors, PR number: 7X0).

We do not offer a retrofit of the universal rear parking aid without optical display (e.g. VW accessories retrofit package with part number: 3G0054630).

We recommend retrofitting the factory-installed front and rear parking sensors with visual display.

Scope of delivery:

• - 1x all necessary VW Passat B8 original parts such as PDC control unit, 8x PDC sensors with mounting material, 2x warning buzzers, interior button strip, etc.
• - 1x pre-assembled cable sets
• - 1x installation instructions (German)

Installation time approx. 6 - 7 hours

Please provide the chassis number during the ordering process.

The retrofitting of the original parking aid system / ParkPilot front + rear is possible on all VW Passat B8 models (estate / sedan), all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift) as well as all equipment variants with all installed multimedia systems.

This retrofit package is planned specifically for your VW Passat B8 - as installed at the factory.

The existing bumpers can be reused without any problems.

4x PDC sensors in vehicle paint are located in the front bumper.

4x PDC sensors in vehicle paint are located in the rear bumper.

On request, we will be happy to supply you with PDC sensors already painted in the correct colors

Painting work is carried out by a master automotive paint shop using your chassis number / the paint codes stored there.

If you do not want us to paint the PDC sensors, they will be delivered in matt black primer.

The exact location of the PDC sensors is already marked at the factory on the inside of the bumper.
