Since original parts and E-certification are REGISTRATION FREE and therefore ALLOWED for road use.

Installation time: approx. 5 minutes

Product attributes:

Retrofitting the original VW LED license plate lighting is possible on all VW Caddy SB models of all years of manufacture with wing doors (= with tailgate opening to the left and right, = PR number: 3RD, 3RE).

NOT suitable for VW Caddy SB models with upward opening tailgate (= PR number: 3RC, 3RJ).

This means that no error message is generated in the speedometer/instrument cluster (license plate light defective).

Finally, no further coding/activation is necessary, the LED license plate lighting works immediately.
