VW Arteon 3H electric tailgate / luggage compartment lid retrofit package

Significantly upgrade your VW Arteon 3H with the original electric tailgate.

Here we supply you with the complete package for easy installation of the original electric trunk / luggage compartment lid.

After pressing a button on your existing remote key, the tailgate opens completely electrically.

After pressing the button that is always installed at the factory in the driver's door, the tailgate opens and closes completely electrically.

After pressing the new tailgate button, the tailgate closes completely electrically.

You can open and close the trunk lid automatically without any effort.

The maximum opening height can also be freely adjusted.

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI APP, which is already pre-configured for you, to completely automatically unlock the electronically opening tailgate.

No further activations or even a visit to your VW partner's workshop are necessary; the KECODI completes the full activation of the rear view camera in just a few seconds.

• - 1x all necessary VW Arteon 3H original parts such as 2x actuators, tailgate button, lock / closing aid, closing aid motor, various mounting materials, etc.

• - 1x installation instructions (German)

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)) or installed PR number NI9 (NI9 = With UNECE CS&SU) or installed PR number NI1 (NI1 = With UNECE CS&SU).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles from model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) can only be upgraded to a limited extent. Please contact us in advance with the chassis number so that we can check this. Vehicles from previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, 2020, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Product attributes:

Retrofitting the original electric tailgate is possible on all VW Arteon 3H models of all years, all body styles (coupe or shooting brake) and all equipment variants.

All currently installed control units / existing radio keys etc. are already capable from the factory.

NO changes to the bodywork etc. are necessary - ALL models are already prepared for the electric tailgate.

The opening / closing is done via:

your existing vehicle keys.

The button already installed at the factory in the driver's door.

The new button on the tailgate which is installed with this retrofit package.
