After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the coding dongle supplied here completes the automatic activation of the rear view camera with the help of the innovative APP that is already pre-configured for you.

Product attributes:

• The retrofitting of the original rear view camera is possible on all SKODA Octavia 5E models of all years (pre-facelift / facelift) and all body types (sedan, station wagon) with one of the following installed multimedia systems:
  • Navigation High (PR number: 7UG, 7UP, 7UH)
    Navigation Standard (PR number: 7UF)
  • Radio without navigation system (PR number: I8F in combination with PR number: 9WT or 9S8 or QV3)
  • NOT suitable for your Skoda Octavia 5E with monochrome (black/white) radio system LOW/Entry.
• Suitable for all equipment variants with all parking aid systems (rear parking aid PR no. 7X1, front + rear parking aid PR no. 7X2, parking steering assistant PR no. 7X5, without parking aid/PDC sensors PR no.: 7X0).
• The existing push button on the tailgate is replaced 1:1 with the original push button with integrated camera, the cable set then leads to the multimedia system at the front in the glove compartment.
