After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI that is already pre-configured for you to completely automatically activate the electric tailgate, including parameterization and coding of all control units.

The unlocking (also known colloquially as "GEKO" / "SFD") as well as the complete activation (= the coding / parameterization and the final deletion of the error memory) is carried out automatically by KECODI in the shortest possible time!

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)) or installed PR number NI9 (NI9 = With UNECE CS&SU) or installed PR number NI1 (NI1 = With UNECE CS&SU).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles from model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) can only be upgraded to a limited extent. Please contact us in advance with the chassis number so that we can check this. Vehicles from previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, 2020, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original electric / automatic tailgate is possible on all SKODA Enyaq 5A models of all body types (short tail with PR number K8G as well as suitable for coupe models with PR number K8C), all years of manufacture and all equipment variants.

All currently installed control units of your SKODA Enyaq 5A are already capable of the electronic tailgate from the factory.
