Skoda Enyaq 5A electrically folding mirror retrofit package

Significantly upgrade your SKODA Enyaq 5A with the original electrically folding exterior mirrors.

Here we supply you with the retrofit package for installing the original electrically folding mirrors - suitable for your SKODA Enyaq 5A

It is operated via the new switch position in the driver's door.

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI that is already preset for you to fully automatically activate the folding mirrors.

No further activations or even a visit to your SKODA partner's workshop are necessary; the KECODI completes the full activation of the rear view camera in just a few seconds.

Installation time: approx. 3 hours

Please provide the chassis number during the ordering process.

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)) or installed PR number NI9 (NI9 = With UNECE CS&SU) or installed PR number NI1 (NI1 = With UNECE CS&SU).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles from model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) can only be upgraded to a limited extent. Please contact us in advance with the chassis number so that we can check this. Vehicles from previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, 2020, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original automatic / electrically folding exterior mirrors is possible on all SKODA Enyaq 5A models of all years of manufacture and all equipment variants.

Product compatibility:

Please check whether the two front door control units currently installed are capable of the Highline equipment of the electrically folding exterior mirrors (experience shows that these are about 75% capable and do NOT need to be replaced). You can check this by reading the part number with a diagnostic system (e.g. KECODI or VCDS) or by reading the part number directly from the door control unit.

The third to last digit of the part number is important. This must be "5". "3" is unfortunately not possible and must be replaced. Here are some examples:

Structure of the part number: XX0-959-?9X - the position of the ? (question mark) is important.

Driver's side: 5Q4959593 = a "5" - thus suitable

Driver's side: 5Q4959393 = a "3" - therefore not suitable

Passenger side: 5Q4959592 = a "5" - thus suitable

Passenger side: 5Q4959392 = a "3" - therefore not suitable

If it is necessary to replace a door control unit, we can offer this to you on request.

Installation information:

The existing painted mirror housings and the mirror glasses are individual components - these are dismantled and mounted on the new electrically folding mirrors supplied here - so they DO NOT need to be replaced.

No further wiring work is necessary - the new mirrors are simply plugged into the door control unit inside the door.

+ Resetting to the factory settings or reactivating the same vehicle is possible at any time!

This means that the factory condition can be easily restored (e.g. when selling the vehicle / returning the lease).

+ Including the free additional functions of reading and deleting error memory as well as the display of vehicle speed, rpm and boost pressure in the KECODI.
