Seat Ateca KH7 parking aid at the front with OPS retrofit package

Significantly enhance your SEAT Ateca KH7 with the Park Pilot on the front of the vehicle.

Here we provide you with the complete package for retrofitting the front parking aid with optical display in your multimedia system.

When you engage reverse gear, approach an obstacle or press the new original button in the interior, the parking aid system is activated and the image of the optical parking aid (OPS) appears, showing the front and rear parking aid sensors.

From the factory you can order either the rear parking aid (4 sensors) or the parking steering assistant (6 sensors each front + rear) - but no front + rear parking aid as you are "used to" with many other SEAT/VW models.

For this reason, this retrofit package was developed - all functionalities as with all other SEAT/VW models.

Scope of delivery:

- 1x all necessary SEAT Ateca KH7 original parts such as parking aid control unit, 4x PDC sensors, warning buzzer, interior button strip, grille inserts left/right for bumper, 4x PDC sensor holders with mounting material, etc. (depending on model)

- 1x pre-assembled cable sets

- 1x activation function (= software / coding / activation) for one vehicle

- 1x KECODI coding interface

- 1x KECODI storage box with warranty card

- 1x installation instructions (German)

The retrofitting of the parking aid / Park Pilot Front with optical display is possible on all SEAT Ateca KH7 models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift) as well as all equipment variants with existing original parking aid at the rear (= PR number: 7X1).

The existing system at the rear of the vehicle is expanded to include the parking assistance system at the front.

This retrofit package is also suitable for SEAT Ateca models with rear view camera or surround view camera system.

Of course, we supply the two matching original bumper grilles (= grilles around the fog lights) for very easy retrofitting, so you do not have to drill or punch any holes in the bumper for this conversion.

This complete package is specifically designed for your SEAT Ateca KH7 and is assembled based on the chassis number provided.

The existing front bumper can be reused without any problems - the original brackets are simply clipped in.

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)) or installed PR number NI9 (NI9 = With UNECE CS&SU) or installed PR number NI1 (NI1 = With UNECE CS&SU).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles of model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE) or vehicles from model year 2023 for which this PR number did not yet exist as well as vehicles of previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, 2020...) can still be retrofitted.
