Leib CAN Exhaust per flap control for BMW M5 | G90/G99

LEIB CAN EXHAUST PRO - for full control.

Plug & play installation takes approximately 30 minutes without cutting or soldering. Installation is possible without any prior knowledge thanks to the illustrated installation instructions available online. Alternatively, we recommend installation by a specialist workshop or one of our dealers. Automotive connectors ensure full functionality. The LEIB CAN BUS module meets the highest standards in the vehicle's BUS system thanks to its E1 approval and CE marking.

Main functions:

EXHAUST FLAP CONTROL | Adjustable in the modes: Open - Series - Closed

START STOP OFF | The engine start stop function can be deactivated (can be set in the menu)

PRODUCTION | In the instrument cluster, after 'ignition on', the speed and rpm pointers go to full stop and back

DELETER | The error that occurs when replacing the downpipe(s) is suppressed - no error memory entry, no engine control light

TEMPERATURE DISPLAY | A selectable temperature can be displayed via the instrument cluster using an LED on the speedometer

SOUND TUNING | The 'throttle bubbling' or 'throttle banging' can be deactivated (if already present)

FLASHLIGHT | A flash of lightning can be activated by briefly pressing the headlight flasher once (can be individually adjusted in the menu)

CAT HEATING | The 'heating' of the catalysts can be deactivated - thus the cold start can be switched off

ERASE ERROR MEMORY | The complete error memory of all control units in the vehicle can be erased on command

Additional functions:

The LEIB CAN EXHAUST modules can be operated together with the optionally available LEIB CAN BOOST module (boost pressure indicator)

User information:

EXHAUST FLAP CONTROL | Control via rocker switch on the multifunction steering wheel

TEMPERATURE DISPLAY | Available temperatures: [1] Engine oil [2] Intake air [3] Gearbox oil [4] Coolant [5] Exhaust gas

RES button on the multifunction steering wheel briefly pressed, saves the current flap mode for the next engine start

Optical confirmation of the selected flap mode by indicator control - only in the instrument cluster (not visible from the outside)

All functions can be set in the menu (instrument cluster) if required (please download the function description online)

Important information:

There are NO error messages when using the LEIB CAN EXHAUST module

The LEIB CAN EXHAUST module is automatically DEACTIVATED when a BMW tester is connected to the vehicle

To prevent a double function, the functions of the exhaust flap control can only be operated and the temperature display is only visible when the cruise control and the limit function are off
