In addition to the high-quality workmanship, the use of rust-proof stainless steel spring struts, corrosion-resistant components and the convincing longevity, the KW V2 impresses with the possibility of adapting the damper setup to your own requirements with the rebound damping, which can be adjusted in 16 clicks.

As with all KW coilovers, KW's engineers develop the vehicle-specific KW damper set-up, which is valued by car enthusiasts worldwide, in extensive test cycles on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in our test center on the KW 7-post driving dynamics test bench. With a KW coilover suspension you can experience your car more directly and dynamically. With the KW V2, you as an experienced sports driver can influence the handling and comfort yourself using the individually adjustable rebound adjustment. With the 16 precise clicks you can tune the KW dampers tighter or more comfortably without affecting the bottom valve of the compression stage.

Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers are adjusted at the upper end of the piston rod using an integrated adjustment wheel or the slip-on adjustment wheel included in the scope of delivery. By increasing the pulling force using the adjusting wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. This means your car drives more smoothly and you have even more stability when cornering at higher speeds. For example, if you change your car manufacturer's approved wheel/tire combinations for larger rims, for example, you can use the KW V2 with the adjustable rebound to perfectly adapt the driving behavior of your car and your new light alloy wheels.

During production at our headquarters in Fichtenberg, the KW coilover kits variant 2 "inox-line" are subjected to extensive tests during the production process in order to meet our quality standards. Every single damper and chassis is checked extensively. As a German manufacturer, it is a matter of course for us to guarantee a warranty of up to 5 years on our coilover suspensions, which exceed the requirements of the original equipment manufacturer industry and a suspension program that includes over 4,600 applications when installed by one of our KW specialist dealer partners.

Ultimately, the KW coilover struts are 100 percent rust-free under all weather conditions and have an unlimited service life. The functionality of the stepless lowering via the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring on the KW V2 is also designed for long-term use. During a salt spray test, no oxidation occurred on the KW coilover struts. This means that even after years, the adjustment of the stepless lowering is not affected.
