Eventuri carbon intake system for Seat Leon 5f Cupra

The Eventuri Carbon intake system for VAG 2.0 TFSI replaces the cuboid OEM airbox and the restrictive air ducts with the free-flowing Venturi air filter housing and a completely newly developed air duct.

The system is designed to prevent hot air from being drawn out of the engine compartment. Instead, only pure fresh air reaches the engine, generating maximum performance gains. The airflow was engineered to create an ideal transition between the round opening on the filter housing and the rectangular opening on the cover. Of particular importance is the air deflector at the front behind the radiator grille, which allows for a direct supply of cold air into the intake system.

The patented Eventuri process also enables an acceleration of the airflow. This occurs through the Venturi effect, in which the inverted cone-shaped filter progressively tapers the cross-section. This ultimately generates an increase in power and torque, as well as improved throttle response and sound.

The Eventuri Intake is available in carbon/ABS, carbon, and carbon/Kevlar (red, blue, yellow) versions. In the carbon/ABS version, the filter housing is made of carbon fiber and the air duct is made of ABS. In the carbon version, both components are made of carbon fiber. The different colored Kevlar structures provide an even more customized look under the hood. The function of the intake remains the same regardless of the version.
