The Eventuri AMG GTR intake system is a fully sealed system developed through extensive real-world testing and airflow simulation analysis. It features our patented venturi housings, which allow for the smoothest possible airflow to the turbo inlets. The housings enclose our bespoke filters, which help shape the airflow and maintain laminar conditions. They have also been maximized in internal volume to reduce restrictions, and in the process, we also redesigned the OEM central cover, as it compresses the much larger system. Finally, intake air temperatures are kept constant with the ducts that seal to the filter housings. The AMG GTR intake system has been independently tested by RENNtech, the world's leading Mercedes tuning company, and has been proven to enhance performance on both stock and tuned engines. Each system comes complete with the carbon fiber central cover.

The Eventuri Difference

The C190/R190 AMG GTR Eventuri intake system utilizes our patented carbon housings with our custom Gen 2 filters, providing an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbos. Not just another conical filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that induces the Venturi effect, maintaining laminar flow conditions to reduce turbo drag.

Dyno tests

Dyno testing was conducted by RENNtech in the USA, who tested a stock GTR and also one with their own ECU tune back-to-back, comparing the OEM airboxes to our intake system. As seen below, the Eventuri intake offers a power gain across the entire rpm range. Peak power and torque figures are summarized below for each configuration. Mid-range gains are higher than the claimed peak figures in some places, as can be seen in the graphs. The resulting gains are noticeable on the road through better throttle response and improved acceleration times.
