Here we provide you with the complete package for retrofitting the original rear view camera WITH dynamic guide lines in your Cupra / SEAT Formentor KM

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here completes the automatic activation of the rear view camera with the help of the innovative KECODI that is already preset for you.

No further activations or even a visit to your SEAT partner's workshop are necessary; the KECODI completes the full activation of the rear view camera in just a few seconds.

Retrofitting the original rear view camera with dynamic guide lines is possible on all Cupra Formentor KM models of all years of manufacture and all equipment variants with one of the following installed multimedia systems:

Option infotainment (PR number: 8AR)

entry-level infotainment (PR number: I8Q)

NOT suitable for other multimedia systems.

Suitable for all equipment variants with all parking aid systems (parking aid front + rear PR number: 7X2, parking steering assistant PR number: 7X5).

NOT suitable for Cupra Formentor models without parking aid (= without PDC sensors / PR number: 7X0).

An automatic switchover occurs when reverse gear is engaged or when the parking aid button is pressed, including dynamic guide line display from the rear view camera.
