The interior mirror darkens automatically when the light is too strong.

Here we supply you with the necessary and pre-assembled cable set for easy retrofitting of the automatically dimming interior mirror.

Retrofitting the original automatically dimming interior mirror is generally possible on all AUDI R8 II 4S models of all years of manufacture, all body styles (coupe, spyder) and all equipment variants.

Of course, we will supply you with the right interior mirror in the right color depending on your chassis number.

EVERY windshield is already capable of this from the factory - it does NOT need to be replaced.

The existing mirror is simply removed (turn it anti-clockwise) and the new mirror is put back on.

The possibly installed light/rain sensor / front camera has nothing to do with the mirror, these are separate components.

Finally, NO coding work is required.

This retrofit package is also suitable for converting your currently non-frameless interior mirror to the frameless (= complete glass front) interior mirror.
