Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the original rear view camera - suitable for your AUDI Q5 FY.

+ Visual display of the live image on the screen as well as the active and moving auxiliary lines when steering

+ After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the coding dongle supplied here uses the innovative APP that is already pre-configured for you to fully and automatically activate the rear view camera - NO further coding work with a tester and NO activation with an SVM activation code from an AUDI partner is necessary.

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles of the model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) or vehicles of the previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Retrofitting the original rear view camera / Rear Assist is possible on all AUDI Q5 / SQ5 FY models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift) with one of the following multimedia systems:

MMI Navigation plus with touch input (= PR number: 7UG)

MMI Navigation Standard (= PR number: 7UF)

MMI with navigation preparation (= PR number: 7UH)

MMI radio standard (PR number: I8E)

MMI Radio high (PR number: I8L, I8S)

Suitable for all AUDI Q5 FY models with all parking aid systems such as: rear parking aid (PR number: 7X1), front + rear (PR number: 7X2), park steering assistant (PR number: 7X5) as well as suitable for your AUDI Q5 without parking aid (PR number: 7X0).

The existing tailgate push button will be replaced with the original AUDI Q5 FY push button with integrated camera and cleaning nozzle.

The tailgate wiper function (rear wiper) is installed as standard on all AUDI Q5 FY models. On models with a rearview camera, the rearview camera is also cleaned here. With our complete package, you can upgrade the factory-installed technology here as well. Using the included original T-connector, the existing water hose is adapted to the rearview camera as installed at the factory.

The camera lens is “cleaned” with a jet of water.

There is a dynamic - i.e. active - display of auxiliary lines/auxiliary fields - thus 100% with ALL functions as installed at the factory.
