Audi Q5 8r Bluetooth Music Stream Radio Concert Symphony Chorus

Would you like to stream/play music from your mobile phone to your Chorus / Concert / Symphony radio (= without navigation function) via Bluetooth?

Here we provide you with the retrofit package for the very simple retrofitting of the music streaming function in your AUDI Q5 8R without a built-in navigation system.

Please note:

This is not a hands-free device that you can use to make phone calls!

With this product you can play/listen to music from your smartphone through the vehicle speakers!

The control of the tracks and the display of the track names are done via the mobile phone you have paired!

Technically speaking, the audio signal is fed into the radio via the AUX-IN input.

It is not possible to display the title on the radio display / speedometer!

The retrofitting of this A2DP Bluetooth interface for the transmission of music audio signals (= streaming music via your mobile phone with the vehicle speakers) is possible on all AUDI Q5 / SQ5 8R models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift) as well as all equipment variants (with or without built-in AUX-IN or AMI input) with built-in radio Chorus, Concert or Symphony (see product images).

Any existing Bluetooth hands-free system can of course continue to be used in parallel.

With this "small" solution offered here, the control of the tracks and the display of the track names are done via the mobile phone - technically speaking, the audio signal is routed to the MMI via the AUX input.

Installation information:

Disassemble the radio.

Mount the cable set behind the radio and place the Bluetooth receiver permanently connected to it.

For models with an AUX-IN input already installed, no coding work is necessary. Only for models without an AUX-IN input (= input for a jack plug below the center armrest) currently installed, the radio is activated using the supplied coding instructions.

Any CD changer already installed does not need to be uninstalled. It will continue to function normally.

Connecting a device:

Ignition ON

Open Bluetooth menu on your phone

Search for Bluetooth receivers and connect once

The device will beep once when the connection is successful. Your phone will then be permanently paired and will not need to be reconnected each time you start the vehicle.

Your already paired mobile phone will automatically connect

Select the "AUX" source on the radio
