Audi Q4 e-tron parking aid at the front optical representation retrofit package

Significantly enhance your AUDI Q4 e-tron with the front parking aid with visual display.

Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the original front parking aid (= PDC sensors front) with optical display in the MMI in your AUDI Q4 e-tron.

The currently installed rear parking aid (= 4 sensors) without optical display in the MMI will be expanded to front + rear parking aid (= 8 sensors) with optical display in the MMI!

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI that is already pre-configured for you to fully automatically activate the front parking aid, including generating the visual display in your MMI.

Another important advantage for you:

• There is NO need to visit your AUDI partner!
• The KECODI automatically performs the unlocking (also known colloquially as "GEKO" / "SFD") as well as the complete activation (= coding / parameterization as well as the final deletion of the error memory) in the shortest possible time!

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)) or installed PR number NI9 (NI9 = With UNECE CS&SU) or installed PR number NI1 (NI1 = With UNECE CS&SU).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles from the 2023 model year with an installed PR number of NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) can only be upgraded to a limited extent. Please contact us in advance with the chassis number so we can verify this. Vehicles from previous model years (e.g., 2022, 2021, 2020, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Product attributes:

Retrofitting the original front parking aid with visual display in the MMI is possible for all AUDI Q4 e-tron models of all years of manufacture as well as all equipment variants with rear parking aid already installed (= PR number 7X1).

The currently installed rear parking aid (= 4 sensors) without optical display will be expanded to include front + rear parking aid (= 8 sensors) with optical display on the MMI screen including automatic activation when approaching an obstacle!

This complete package will be planned and delivered according to the chassis number provided.

On request, we will be happy to supply you with PDC sensors already painted in the correct colors.

Painting work is carried out by a master automotive paint shop using your chassis number / the paint codes stored there.

If you do not want us to paint the parking sensors, they will be delivered primed.

The existing front bumper can simply be reused! The two outer blanking caps, which are inserted into the two outer front grilles, are removed, and the PDC sensors are inserted in their place. The lower grille also contains factory-installed blanking caps. The two middle PDC sensors are inserted into these.

Information about the optional selector lever with button for the parking aid:

We offer the option of retrofitting the selector lever with a button for the parking aid, as this is not absolutely necessary for the general function of the parking aid.

If ordered from the factory with front and rear parking aid, the selector lever would be installed with a left button for the driver assistance systems and a right button for the parking aid. Pressing the parking aid button manually activates the front and rear parking aid.

If you don't want to retrofit the switch panel, the parking aid will still automatically activate when you approach an obstacle ahead or when you engage reverse gear. Since this function is sufficient for some of our customers, we also offer this retrofit package without retrofitting the selector lever. However, we always recommend the complete installation with replacement of the selector lever (= as factory installed).

If you currently have a selector lever WITHOUT a button for the driver assistance systems and order the selector lever with the car, the driver assistance system button will be retrofitted in addition to the parking aid button. You can then access and configure the driver assistance systems with the touch of a button.
