Audi Q3 F3 Hill Hold Hill Start Assist retrofit package

Significantly upgrade your AUDI Q3 F3 with the original hill start assist / hill hold.

This means your AUDI will automatically stop where it is WITHOUT you having to press the brake pedal.

+ A significant increase in comfort in traffic jams or at traffic lights!

+ After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI APP, which is already pre-configured for you, to completely automatically activate the hill start assist - NO further coding work with a tester is necessary.

- 1x original AUDI Q3 F3 parking brake + HillHold button

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)) or installed PR number NI9 (NI9 = With UNECE CS&SU) or installed PR number NI1 (NI1 = With UNECE CS&SU).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles from model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) can only be upgraded to a limited extent. Please contact us in advance with the chassis number so that we can check this. Vehicles from previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, 2020, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original Hill Hold / Auto Hold / Hill Start Assist is possible on all AUDI Q3 / RSQ3 F3 models of all years of manufacture, all body styles (including Sportback) and all equipment variants / transmission versions (automatic / DSG / multitronic / s-tronic as well as manual transmission).

The currently installed parking brake button will be replaced by the button with additional Hill Hold (= Auto Hold) button.

We always deliver the "most beautiful" button in the Highline chrome version.

Functional description:

You can stop on a slope WITHOUT USING THE BRAKE PEDAL without rolling backwards or forwards.

You can leave the automatic gearshift lever on D/S and take your foot off the brake - the vehicle will ALWAYS stay in one place without moving - by pressing the accelerator pedal your AUDI will start moving again immediately (even if the start/stop system is switched on).

With manual transmissions, it is sufficient to operate the clutch with the gear engaged OR, as with automatic models, not to operate any pedal at all.

You no longer need to apply the parking brake if you want to get out of the vehicle for a short time, etc.

When you park your AUDI Q3 F3 you no longer need to use the handbrake - after removing the ignition key (or pressing a button with KeylessGo) the engine switches off AND the parking brake is applied automatically (the handbrake is activated).

You can activate or deactivate the system at any time by pressing a button on the new parking brake switch.
