Here we supply you with the retrofit package for installing the original closing aid in your AUDI e-tron GE.

Retrofitting the original comfort closing function / Soft Close is possible on all AUDI e-tron / e-tron S GE models of all years of manufacture.

You can decide for yourself which or how many doors you want to retrofit.

You can also retrofit just the front left, just the rear right, or all four doors - whatever you prefer - each door can be retrofitted separately.

The mechanical closing aid including the motor is mounted inside the respective door and connected to the door control unit (also located in the door) with the cable set - no wiring is necessary in the interior.

Product compatibility:

The vehicle manufacturer uses 3 different door control units (Lowline "3""Midline"5""Highline"7") which each allow more or less additional functions, the soft-close function requires a Highline door control unit "7".

Generally, if the lane change assistant (= blind spot assistant) is already installed, the SoftClose retrofit works without replacing the door control units, as these are already capable of doing so at the factory. If replacement is necessary, we can offer this service upon request.

To determine this, you can read the door control units with a tester (e.g. VCDS, KECODI, ODIS) to determine the part number - you can compare this with the following overview:

Structure of the nine-digit part number: XX0-959-?9X + (index letter such as A, E, H, etc.), such as 4M0959793D

Here the position of the ? (question mark) is crucial.

? = 3 = therefore unfortunately not suitable - the door control unit must be replaced.

? = 5 = therefore unfortunately not suitable - the door control unit must be replaced.

? = 7 = all functions possible - suitable for this retrofit.
