After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI that is already preset for you to completely automatically activate the comfort key - NO further coding work with a tester is necessary.

Product attributes:

Retrofitting the original comfort key / Keyless Go / Keyless Entry is possible on all AUDI e-tron / e-tron S models of all years of manufacture, all body styles (including Sportback) and all equipment variants.

Please note the current exclusion for vehicles from model year 2024 with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG). Unfortunately, these models cannot currently be retrofitted. As soon as this is possible, we will inform you here in the product description of this retrofit package.

Please check the compatibility of the currently installed comfort control unit (= control unit address 46). In around 50% of all cases, this control unit must also be replaced with a Highline control unit depending on the equipment.

Part numbers of KeylessEntry capable control units which are NOT to be replaced: 4N0907064 DH / DD / EP / ED / DP / FP / EG / BP

Part numbers of NON-capable control units which need to be replaced: 4N0907064DM / BB

You are welcome to send us a written request together with the chassis number and the currently installed part number read out with a diagnostic system; we will check this for you.

If a replacement of the comfort control unit is necessary, we can also offer this to you.

Installation information:

The external door handles are not changed (these always fit) but the original sensors are installed inside the existing door handles. Currently, only "blank caps" are installed in all four door handles.

In addition to the two Keyless Go antennas already installed (1x in the center console and 1x in the trunk), a total of 4 antennas are now installed in the vehicle. These two missing antennas for upgrading from KeylessGo to KeylessGo+Entry will be retrofitted in the rear doors.

INFO: Antennas are already installed because of the standard function of starting the engine via start button (= Keyless Go).

The existing vehicle keys are already functional and do NOT need to be replaced.
