After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI that is already pre-configured for you to completely automatically activate the comfort key - NO further coding work with a tester is necessary.

Retrofitting the original comfort key / Keyless Go / Keyless Entry is possible for all AUDI e-tron / e-tron S models of all years, all body styles (including Sportback) and all equipment variants.

Please note the current exclusion for vehicles from model year 2024 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG). Unfortunately, these models cannot currently be retrofitted. As soon as this is possible, we will inform you here in the product description of this retrofit package.

Please check the compatibility of the currently installed comfort control unit (= control unit address 46). In approximately 50% of cases, this control unit must also be replaced with a Highline control unit due to the equipment.

Part numbers of KeylessEntry capable control units which are NOT to be replaced: 4N0907064 DH / DD / EP / ED / DP / FP / EG / BP

Part numbers of NON-capable control units to be replaced: 4N0907064DM / BB

You are welcome to send us a written request along with the chassis number and the currently installed part number read out by a diagnostic system; we will check this for you.

If a replacement of the comfort control unit is necessary, we can also offer this to you.

Installation information:

Instead of replacing the exterior door handles (which always fit), the original sensors will be installed inside the existing door handles. Currently, only "blank caps" are installed in all four door handles.

In addition to the two Keyless Go antennas already installed (1x in the center console and 1x in the trunk), a total of 4 antennas are now installed in the vehicle. These two missing antennas for upgrading from KeylessGo to KeylessGo+Entry will be retrofitted in the rear doors.

INFO: Antennas are already installed because of the standard function of starting the engine using the start button (= Keyless Go).

The existing vehicle keys are already always capable and do NOT need to be replaced.
