Here we supply you with the retrofit package for installing the original Soft Close / closing aid function in your AUDI A7 4G.

Place the door gently - the new soft close motor which is installed in the door closes it completely.

You no longer have to "throw" the door of your AUDI A7 into the lock as usual.

Installation time: approx. 1 hour per door

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original comfort closing function / soft close is possible on all AUDI A7 / S7 / RS7 4G models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift, facelift) and all equipment variants.

You can decide for yourself how many doors you would like to retrofit.

You can also retrofit just the front left, just the rear right or all four doors - whatever you prefer - each door can be retrofitted separately.

The mechanical closing aid including motor is mounted inside the respective door and connected to the door control unit (also located in the door) using the cable set - no cables need to be laid in the interior.

Product compatibility:

Please check whether the two front door control units currently installed are capable of the Highline electric closing aid (experience shows that these are about 75% capable and do NOT need to be replaced). You can check this by reading the part number with a diagnostic system (e.g. KECODI or VCDS) or by reading the part number directly from the door control unit.

The letter at the end of the part number is important.

Driver side: 4G8959793H = suitable and does not need to be replaced

Passenger side: 4G8959793H = suitable and does not need to be replaced

rear left / right: 4G8959795H = suitable and does not need to be replaced.

INFO: The same part numbers for the door control units are installed in the rear doors at the factory.

If it is necessary to replace the door control units, these can be ordered under item number: 16806.
