After a quick plug-in to the easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here completes the automatic activation of the "Kessy" comfort access system using the innovative KECODI that is already pre-configured for you.

Product attributes:

Retrofitting the original comfort key / Keyless Go / Keyless Entry is possible on all AUDI A6 / S6 / RS6 4G models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift + facelift) and all equipment variants.

Please check whether a Highline comfort control unit is already installed (= control unit address 46; BCM2).

How to check which diagnostic interface is currently installed:

Connect your AUDI A6 4G to a diagnostic system (e.g., VCDS, ODIS). Open control unit address 46 and note the part number.

Part numbers currently identified as capable are: 4H0907064GB, 4H0907064HB

Part numbers currently identified as NOT capable are: 4H0907064FN, 4H0907064EN, 4H0907064GN

Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the information remotely or via the AUDI spare parts catalog; the current installation must always be checked directly on the vehicle.

Installation information:

The outer door handles are not replaced (these always fit), but the original sensors are installed inside the existing door handles; currently only "blank caps" are installed there.

In addition to the two Keyless Go antennas already installed (1x in the center console and 1x in the trunk), a total of 4 antennas are now installed in the vehicle; these two missing antennas are located in the doors.

The existing keys are already always capable and do NOT need to be replaced.

The cable sets run from the comfort control unit (= BCM2, this is located on the right in the trunk) to each door.
