Audi A6 4G C7 parking steering assistant retrofit package facelift from 2015

Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the original parking steering assistant in your AUDI A6 4G.

+ Recognition of parking spaces possible when driving past

+ significant upgrade of the parking aid APS+ from 8 PDC sensors to a total of 12 sensors

Scope of delivery:

• - 1x all necessary AUDI A6 4G original parts such as 1x PLA/PDC control unit, 4x PLA sensors, 1x switch panel with additional PLA button, etc.
• - 1x various pre-assembled cable sets
• - 1x installation instructions (German)

Installation time: approx. 5 hours

The retrofitting of the original parking steering assistant / PLA is possible on all AUDI A6 / S6 / RS6 4G facelift models (= FROM model year 2015) of all body styles (Avant, Sedan, allroad) with existing parking assistance at the front + rear (APS+).

If your AUDI does not yet have the APS+ parking aid, this can also be retrofitted at any time.

NOT suitable for pre-facelift models (= up to model year 2014).

This retrofit package is planned specifically for each vehicle.

If you wish, we can supply you with PDC/PLA sensors already painted in the correct colors.

Painting work is carried out by a master automotive paint shop using your chassis number / the paint codes stored there.

Since every AUDI A6 4G already has electromechanical steering as standard, the automatic parking process can be retrofitted.

The steering wheel moves without any intervention from the driver.

To make retrofitting easier, we recommend installing bumpers prepared for the PLA sensors.

Approximate assembly instructions:

Remove front + rear bumper.

Insert the four new PLA sensors.

Connect these sensors to the bumper wiring harness provided.

Lay the pre-assembled cables to the new parking aid/PLA control unit, which is installed in the right-hand trunk area.

Connect the parking aid/PLA control unit to the new button panel below your multimedia system.
