+ Optical display of the live image on the MMI screen as well as the auxiliary lines which change depending on the steering angle

+ Activation of the live image when engaging reverse gear or by pressing the parking aid button

The retrofitting of the original rear view camera is possible on all AUDI A6 / S6 / RS6 4F models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift), all body styles (Avant, Limousine, allroad), all equipment variants (with or without TV tuner / with or without electric tailgate) as well as all installed PDC parking aid systems (e.g. PR number 7X0, 7X1, 7X2, 7X4) with one of the following installed navigation systems:

MMI3G+ Navigation plus (PR number: 7T6)

MMI3G Navigation (PR number: 7T2)

NOT suitable for AUDI A6 4F models with MMI2G navigation (PR number: 7Q2, installed until approx. 2009).

NOT suitable for AUDI A6 4F models with radio system without navigation

The installation of the rear view camera is also possible on AUDI A6 4F models without factory-installed parking aid (= without PDC sensors; PR number: 7X0).
