Audi A6 4A C8 electrically folding mirror retrofit package

Significantly upgrade your Audi A6 4A with the original electrically folding exterior mirrors.

Here we supply you with the retrofit package for installing the original folding mirrors - especially suitable for your AUDI A6 4A C8.

It is operated via the new switch position in the driver's door and via the new menu item in your MMI multimedia system.

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the supplied KECODI coding interface uses the innovative KECODI that is already preset for you to fully automatically activate the electrically folding exterior mirrors, including activation of the operation in your MMI multimedia system.

• - 1x original AUDI A6 4A outside mirror electrically folding right (depending on model)
• - 1x original AUDI A6 4A armrest / trim driver door (depending on model)

• - 1x original AUDI A6 4A various attachments (depending on model)
• - 1x KECODI interface
• - 1x KECODI interface storage case
• - 1x installation instructions (German)

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles of the model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) or vehicles of previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original electrically folding exterior mirrors is possible on all AUDI A6 / S6 / RS6 4A C8 models of all years of construction from model year 2019, all body styles (Avant, Sedan, allroad) and all equipment variants.

ALL currently installed control units (e.g. the door control units) are already capable of this at the factory and do not need to be replaced.

Suitable for A6 models with or without surround cameras (= surround camera = TopView; PR no.: KA6) in the exterior mirrors and with or without memory function of the exterior mirror glasses (e.g. PR no.: 6XG, 6XM - this function can only be ordered for models with seat memory), select this conveniently during the ordering process.

For example, if you have installed the PR number KA0 or KA2 (= without surround view camera) and the PR number 6XD (electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirrors), select the option: "without surround view cameras - without memory mirror".

Installation information:

The existing painted mirror housings and the mirror glasses are individual components - these are dismantled and mounted on the new electrically folding mirrors - these do NOT need to be replaced.

The cover around the current mirror rotation switch will be replaced because you will have one more position later.

No further special wiring work is necessary - the new mirrors are simply plugged into the door control unit inside the door along with the supplied cable set.
