Retrofitting the original LED footwell lighting is possible on all AUDI A5 / S5 / RS5 F5 models of all body styles (coupe, sportback, cabriolet), all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift) and all equipment variants.

We recommend the simultaneous installation of the LED footwell lighting at the rear. This retrofit package can also be ordered at any time under item number: 16610.

You can then adjust/dim the brightness in your MMI multimedia system in the new menu item “Ambient lighting”.

Of course, as in the factory, the ambient lighting also lights up while driving, depending on the setting in the MMI.

The installation instructions include coding instructions with which you can activate the retrofit with a diagnostic system/tester (e.g. ODIS, VCDS). However, if you do not have your own diagnostic system, we can offer you the KECODI coding interface under item number: 10679, which will activate this automatically and in the shortest possible time.
