After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here completes the automatic activation of the cruise control system using the innovative KECODI that is already pre-configured for you!

Retrofitting the original cruise control system / GRA / cruise control is possible on all AUDI A5 / S5 / RS5 8T 8F models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift), all body styles (coupe, sportback, convertible) and all equipment variants.

The following applies: IF a multifunction steering wheel is already installed, all currently installed control units of your AUDI A5 8T 8F are capable of this very simple retrofitting.

However, if your AUDI A5 8T 8F is NOT currently equipped with a multifunction steering wheel (i.e., without steering wheel buttons/multifunction steering wheel), the steering column electronics will also need to be replaced. This steering column electronics can be ordered under item number 16455.

We plan and deliver this retrofit package based on the chassis number entered during the order process. We therefore supply the exact switch (= identical to the current one, but with the additional cruise control function) as well as the trim in the correct interior color, etc.
